Hello Friends!
We are one week into 2020 and I have already seen the power of God’s faithfulness in this New Year. He is tearing down walls and healing broken relationships to bring about unity and love—and that’s just in my own, small sphere of influence! I can’t wait to see what He is going to do when it comes to reconciliation on a larger scale this year and beyond.
The Mission of Love One Another Ministries is to promote the Gospel message of Jesus Christ to love one another, to be reconciled to each other and to be reconciled to God. Christians are called by God to be salt and light in a world that is broken and desperately in need of the healing power and the hope that only Jesus Christ can bring. We can be most effective as witnesses for Jesus if we are united and if we put Him before all else.
Love One Another Ministries spent much of 2019 organizing and continuing to lay the ministry’s foundation, which is rooted and grounded in God’s Word. It was also a year of connecting with other organizations doing similar work in the St. Louis area. One of these organizations is the St. Louis Reconciliation Network, which will be hosting its third annual Hearts for Reconciliation dinner next month. Love One Another Ministries will be playing a small role in this event, including yours truly as the mistress of ceremonies. I strongly encourage anyone who is committed to unity in the Church, who believes God’s love can heal across racial lines and desires to know more about this important work, to attend.
